About Me

Hello, my name is Suzy Sanders. I'm an independent Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and the Owner of Ebb & Flow Massage. As a mid-mo native I've always loved connecting with nature and enjoy spending time outdoors with my animals.

I've been involved in the healing arts since 2013 and specialize in Northern Style Thai Massage. The energy work involved in those sessions led me to seek training in Reiki or Universal Life Force Energy. I've been attuned to the Usui Reiki Master level and now believe that focused healing on the human energy field can be more impactful for our well being than a physical massage. Healing frequencies and tones stimulate the vagus nervous system and so sound therapy quickly became part of how I conduct a Reiki session.

Relaxing the nervous system is where it's at, seriously! I'm excited to be here, in this human experience with you, offering and sharing what I know about how to feel well and live up to our fullest potential.
